According to Korean media reports on the morning of October 13th, the new SBS Monday-Tuesday drama "Temptation of an Angel" premiered on the evening of the 12th. Thanks to SBS changing the broadcast time of Monday-Tuesday dramas to 9 PM, "Temptation of an Angel" avoided direct confrontation with the highly popular "Queen Seondeok," achieving a premiere viewership rating twice that of the previously aired "Dream."

According to viewership data released by the Korean viewership survey company TNS Media, the premiere of "Temptation of an Angel" on the evening of the 12th achieved a viewership rating of 10.3%, significantly higher compared to the previous SBS Monday-Tuesday dramas like "Dream" and "The Princess' Man," which hovered around 5%. This represents a substantial improvement.

In recent months, the competition for Monday-Tuesday drama viewership ratings in Korea has been dominated by MBC's "Queen Seondeok." Despite SBS and KBS launching numerous new dramas, they were suppressed by "Queen Seondeok," keeping their viewership ratings at around 5%. To address this, SBS moved the broadcast time of "Temptation of an Angel" from 10 PM to 9 PM, avoiding direct confrontation with "Queen Seondeok." This measure proved effective as "Temptation of an Angel" debuted with a viewership rating over 10%, more than doubling the previous "Dream's" viewership rating of around 5%.
