Unexpectedly sealed under the ice layer. With the help of a scientist who accidentally fell into the ice valley, Megatron scanned the information about the energy block onto the scientist's glasses. Megatron was secretly transferred by the US military to a secret base under the Hoover Dam, and this secret was only known to a seven-member military group composed of successive defense ministers.

The advance team of "Decepticons," Whirlwind and Scorpion, attacked the US military base in Qatar. The reappearance of the Transformers caught the attention of the current Defense Minister, who organized a group of young computer experts to begin searching for the whereabouts of the "Decepticons." Meanwhile, Bumblebee helped his partner, Barricade, infiltrate the President's aircraft Air One. Through the computer, they learned that to find Megatron, they must find the pair of glasses owned by the Witwicky family, and its current owner, Sam, thus became the target of the "Decepticons" attack.

Sam is an unhappy high school student. No one at school believed his story about the history of the glasses. Disappointed, Sam put the glasses up for auction online, but it never attracted any bidders. At this time, his father gave him a dilapidated car, which happened to be the transformed version of the "Autobot" Bumblebee. Bumblebee, carrying Sam, helped him make friends with a beautiful girlfriend, but soon after, they encountered an attack from the "Decepticons." Optimus Prime arrived with other "Autobots," marking the beginning of a robot battle.

Optimus Prime told Sam that the evil Megatron intended to use the radiation of the energy block to turn everything on Earth into a member of the "Decepticons" army, thereby defeating the "Autobots" and ruling the entire universe. The only way to destroy the energy block was to insert it into the hearts of the leaders of both factions of Transformers. As the resolute defender of universal peace and leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime was ready to sacrifice himself.

The cunning Soundwave turned into Sam's girlfriend's mobile phone and entered the secret base under the Hoover Dam. While releasing Megatron, he also sent this intelligence back to the "Decepticons" headquarters. Red Spider then quickly rushed to the Hoover Dam with other "Decepticons" members like Frenzy, Scorponok, Barricade, and Whirlwind to rendezvous with Megatron. In a critical moment, Bumblebee also sent a reinforcement message to Optimus Prime. Jazz, Ironhide, and Ratchet prepared, under Optimus Prime's leadership, to engage in a major battle with the "Decepticons."

With the cooperation of the human army, Sam inserted the energy block into Megatron's heart at the last second. Unfortunately, Jazz was killed in this campaign, and Sam's good friend Bumblebee was severely injured. Megatron's mechanical body was sunk into the sea, and the damaged energy block returned to Optimus Prime's possession. However, the story did not end there. The fleeing Red Spider flew back to Cybertron, where he would regroup with other "Decepticons" and prepare to return to Earth to fight against the "Autobots" once again.

The film will adopt the form of five parallel storylines ultimately converging. There will be an epic battle between the Autobot leader Optimus Prime and the Decepticon leader Megatron at the end of the movie. They will fight their way from the Hoover Dam all the way to Los Angeles...
