Introduction to the plot of "Two Wives":

"Two Wives" tells the story of a man who lost his memory due to a traffic accident and the series of events that unfold between his ex-wife and current fiancée.

Son Tae-young plays Han Ji-suk, a single mother who runs a high-end wine shop and a flower shop. With a character that balances calmness and passion, Ji-suk fell in love with her boyfriend while studying in the U.S. and had a child, but she returned to Korea alone without marrying him. Despite numerous introductions from her family, many men demanded a high divorce settlement if they were to marry her. Having lost faith in men and deciding to live alone, Ji-suk meets Kang Cheol-soo (Kim Ho-jin), a romantic writer who doesn't care about money, and falls in love with him. Cheol-soo is a struggling full-time writer, without a representative work, earning a living by working part-time as a university lecturer and writing miscellaneous articles, with his wife Yoon Young-hi controlling the household finances. After ten years of marriage, feeling that his wife only cares about money, Cheol-soo gradually distances himself from her. While participating in an online "borrow a husband" activity for novel research, Cheol-soo meets single mother Ji-suk and becomes attracted to her. After divorcing his wife, Cheol-soo begins a new romance with Ji-suk and plans to marry her. However, before the wedding, Cheol-soo is involved in a traffic accident, sustaining serious injuries and falling into a coma for a month. Upon waking up, Cheol-soo suffers from amnesia, remembering only his ex-wife Yoon Young-hi (Kim Ji-young) and forgetting his current girlfriend Han Ji-suk. The sudden car accident places the three of them in an awkward and complex situation. Yoon Young-hi's reckless younger brother Yoon Nam-jun (Andy) is an unemployed loafer who looks good on the outside but causes trouble. He will have a romance with Zhao Meimei played by Lee Yu-jeong.
