Ultimate Blockbuster sets the story two years after the last episode. The concrete walls erected by the government in the poorly managed suburbs of Paris are now taller and thicker, enclosing the entire slum and gangs. This is the Violent Block, where there is no law or system. Now, the block is controlled by different gang leaders who frequently engage in conflicts and violent incidents. Senior Inspector Damian of the Special Operations Team and the agile Lei Yituo join hands again to infiltrate the gangs and rescue this violent city from chaos.
