The shop at the corner

The story takes place in a small grocery store on the street corner where James Stewart and Margaret Sullivan both work as shop assistants, living every day in a plain and regular manner. The greatest joy in their lives is to pour out their hearts to their pen pals. After they confess their love to their pen pals, they then discover that their dream lover is actually their colleague at the grocery whom they see everyday.
