The film follows directly from the end of the previous work. The French drug trafficking mastermind, Alain Chanal, remains at large. Du Yi travels to Marseille, France, to pursue him. In order to avoid interference from the French police, Du Yi accidentally falls into Alain's clutches and is forcibly injected with heroin.
