International Food Machinery Standards Situation

Food packaging machinery accounts for a large proportion of packaging machinery. In recent years, food machinery-related standards in various countries around the world have been moving closer to international standards (or European standards). These countries adopt international standards or regional standards as the main content of their national technical standards, achieving consistency and coordination of food machinery technical standards between countries, thereby promoting the smooth development of international technical exchanges and trade in food machinery. According to incomplete statistics, by the end of 2005, about 100 countries had equivalently adopted international standards or European standards, making the convergence of international standards one of the main trends in the global development of food machinery.
