Just yesterday, Google Reader completed another series of bug-fixing activities, and the most practical improvement might be the ability to instantly categorize a new RSS Feed subscription—place it into a specified folder. You can also instantly create new folders.
According to the records on the official Google Reader blog, the following corrections have been made in Google Reader:
1. Reduced conflicts between shared code and other JS code;
2. When entering Google Reader through "Add to Google," you will now see a confirmation prompt;
3. Keyword searches for RSS Feeds are now possible in Opera;
4. The scroll position is now automatically reset when switching between Feeds and folders;
5. The "none" color scheme in the shared code is now fully functional;
6. The email address for sending shared tags to friends has been corrected;
7. The function to mark all as read has been repaired;
8. Content no longer gets mixed up when quickly switching between different RSS Feeds;
9. The "gt" and "gu" shortcuts now work properly in IE.
However, disappointingly, Google Reader still hasn't enhanced any Feed management features, as I mentioned before. So, if you decide to use Google Reader, I suggest pairing it with tools like Zhuaxia or Bloglines for managing your Feeds.
