Company founders - Larry Page, President of Products, and Sergey Brin, President of Technology, co-founded Google in September 1998. Since then, the company has continued to grow and now has more than 5,000 employees worldwide. The management team includes many of the most experienced technology experts in the industry. Dr. Eric Schmidt joined Google in 2001 as Chairman and CEO.
