This is the work of the Thai studio Gumption, and it looks a bit like a child's handiwork.

The picture frame is cut from cardstock and wrapped in a locally traditional fabric.

Interestingly, their template design comes from a drawing by the five-year-old nephew of one of the designers. In return, this young artist was treated to a hearty McDonald's meal.
