Mozilla has launched a new Firefox promotional campaign: adopting a group of red pandas (also known as lesser pandas) and placing them under live webcams. Through Firefox Live, Mozilla conveys to the world that the true mascot of the open-source browser is the "red panda." In Chinese, red pandas are called "fire foxes."
Firefox Live features six webcams, each focused on one red panda, including three cubs (named 360 cute, Frolic, and Snuggle), their parents (Snooze and Gnaw), and their aunt (Chillin). They all live in the Knoxville Zoo and have been adopted by Mozilla.
