Adjustment of Work-related Injury Nursing Fee Distribution Standards in Wenzhou Urban Area_Wenzhou Part-time Job Network

In order to guarantee the needs of injured employees for living care and basic life of dependents of employees who die from work-related injuries, Wenzhou adjusts the living care fee for injured personnel and pensions for dependents. Relevant officials from the Labor and Social Security Bureau introduced yesterday that this adjustment would be implemented starting January 1, 2009.

The scope and target of this adjustment are personnel in Wenzhou enterprises (including industry units), public institutions, non-profit organizations (excluding public institutions and social groups managed according to or by reference to the civil servant system), individual industrial and commercial households and their hired workers, who were entitled to the living care fee for injured personnel and pensions for dependents according to the provisions of Zhejiang Labor Insurance Document No. 333 [1999] and State Council Order No. 375 before December 31, 2008. Among them, relevant personnel in Wenzhou urban area who complete relevant procedures before March 31 this year will have their distribution standards adjusted starting the following month.
