Stretching lazily triggers strong muscle contractions throughout most of the body. Additionally, it helps eliminate waste from the muscles, thereby reducing fatigue.
When stretching lazily, people generally yawn, tilt their heads back, and raise their arms. Furthermore, it contributes to developing stronger back muscles, prevents the spine from bending forward and forming a hunchback, and plays a role in maintaining a healthy physique.
