A homicide case happened in a KFC restaurant in Dugiao Town, Linhai City, Zhejiang Province on August 14. A female customer suddenly died while dining.

The Health Supervision Office of Linhai City has sealed the food that the dead person ate. The police are investigating the cause of her death.

According to witnesses, at about 17:00 on August 14, several screams were heard from a KFC restaurant in Dugiao Town. Then a group of people came out looking panic-stricken. It turned out that a female customer was found lying dead on the table.

Linhai No.2 People's Hospital then received an emergency call. The caller said that a person inside the KFC restaurant in Dugiao was foaming at the mouth, had black limbs and was in critical condition. However, when the doctor arrived at the scene, the person was already dead.

A man who claimed to be a good friend of the dead said that the dead was surnamed Song, only 30 years old, owned an optical factory in Dugiao, had a good income and had two children at home.

After the incident, the East Branch of the Health Supervision Office of Linhai City sealed the food that the dead person ate, waiting for the food control department to conduct relevant inspections. The police are investigating the exact cause of death.
