Plot Introduction:

A down-on-his-luck father (played by Stephen Chow) lives with his son (played by Joey Wong) in a dilapidated house by the roadside in Ningbo. In order to provide a good life for his son, he is forced to work at a construction site, where he suffers the tragic fate of unpaid wages and is chased and beaten by the foreman for "causing trouble." The father can't afford the expensive toys for his son but is unwilling to give up entirely. By chance, he finds a strange object in the garbage pile and decides to give it to his son as a toy. Unexpectedly, this toy turns out to be a communicator that connects with aliens, leading them to contact a beautiful alien. The alien, moved by their unwavering father-son bond, helps them severely punish the rich kids who bully his son at school and also punishes the contractor (played by Francis Ng) who withholds wages and beats up Stephen Chow.
