Plot Summary of "Little Soldier of the Gods": Adapted from Hong Kong's "Comic Grandmaster" Wong Yuk-long's comic series "Mystical Weapons", and directed by Wong Yuk-long himself, this story tells of a group of children who unite together, overcoming various difficulties with the help of their mystical weapon beasts, ultimately defeating the leader of the Heaven and Earth Alliance, and reclaiming the Four Directions City.

The benevolent goddess Nuwa, ruler of the divine beasts of the earth, created various mystical weapon beasts (animals) that can transform into mystical weapons (possessing wondrous powers) to make human life better. With the different abilities of these mystical weapon beasts, humans enjoyed more prosperous lives. However, for thousands of years, the leader of the Heaven and Earth Alliance has been at odds with Nuwa, wanting to rule all humanity. He imprisoned Nuwa’s successor Yuan Shou, defeated the lords of three out of the four great castles - Ximen, Beiming, and Dongfang, and turned all the mystical weapon beasts into evil mystic weapons, oppressing and ruling over humanity...

Soon after, the only remaining lord of the four great castles, Nan Gong Yi from Nangong Castle, was also defeated by the Heaven and Earth Alliance. Thus, the 12-year-old son of Nan Gong Yi, Nan Gong Wentian, who narrowly escaped, set off on a journey to save his father and the people of Nangong Castle, accompanied by his 7-year-old sister Nan Gong Wenya.
