Plot Introduction:

This is a grand war epic that takes place between World War I and World War II, filled with humanistic sentiments, thrilling, and exciting. It does not simply tell the story of war based on war materials but focuses on portraying the choices of humanistic views and values in the war. In the twists and turns of character destinies and the thrilling confrontations between opponents, it highlights the sacrifices and greatness of upholding the correct human values, as well as the distortion and pain within unjust causes. At the end of World War I, in the idyllic land far from the war, America, there was a group of overseas students. Among them, Wen Weijun, a Chinese student studying mathematics at Princeton University, and Yamamoto Kofu (cousin of Yamamoto Isoroku), who came from Japan, lived in the same dormitory. Yamamoto Kofu, from a humble background, admired Seida Hide, a Japanese royal family descendant with great literary accomplishment, while Seida Hide was attracted to the Chinese student, Wen Weijun. Their classmates were troubled and tormented by this situation. As graduation approached and choices had to be made, Yamamoto Kofu, feeling disappointed, attempted to commit seppuku but was saved by Wen Weijun. Qingtian Xiu, essentially kind-hearted, reluctantly agreed to marry Yamamoto Kofu after being persuaded by Wen Weijun.
