Plot Introduction:

Dance teacher Lin Xiaoyang (played by Charmaine Sheh) has her younger brother suddenly kidnapped. Senior Inspector He Wan Zhen (played by Rene Liu) and Uncle Chi (played by Cheung Siu-fai) are assigned to rescue the hostage. However, during the arrest, two kidnappers accidentally fall from a building and die. In the end, after much hardship, the police find one body. This incident leaves resentment in Lin Xiaoyang's heart as she blames the police entirely for what happened, setting the stage for a massive kidnapping three years later.

Three years later, Lin Xiaoyang seems to have recovered from the trauma of the previous kidnapping incident and has even become friends with the two police officers who handled her younger brother’s case. Especially Uncle Chi, who has become a good friend of Lin Xiaoyang and her husband. After returning from a vacation in Nepal, they invite Uncle Chi to watch Lin Xiaoyang's new dance rehearsal.

However, Lin Xiaoyang's husband (played by Zhao Huinan) is seriously ill and urgently needs surgery abroad, which costs about ten million yuan. Thus, the plan for another kidnapping begins. Charmaine Sheh first gathers all the information about wealthy Wang Sen (played by Guo Tao) and conducts multiple days of tracking investigations.
