I believe many people have encountered this issue, and so did I. Out of desperation, I switched to FCKEditor for WordPress. Although the alignment problem was resolved, other inconveniences arose. Later, I switched back to WordPress's default editor. Today, I came across this article and found it very helpful, and thought it would be beneficial for everyone as well.
