How to Measure User Experience

In fact, user experience is a rather vague concept for most people. First, it is a foreign term - User Experience (or Customer Experience - which we have never been exposed to before, so our understanding of it is only superficial, treating it as a synonym for the process of user experiences. At the same time, we lack a good environment to systematically study this discipline. Second, we often see many people mention or引用such terms, but we rarely have the opportunity to witness actual operational processes or relatively successful project cases, so it still seems quite abstract to us.
