Written for a certain day in a certain month of a future year

MailFreezr.com provides a service of writing emails to the future. "Send Email To The Future!" MailFreezr says. It is indeed a romantic idea to write to yourself ten years later or to someone after several years. This person could be someone you once deeply loved, or someone you wanted to violently confront. Of course, it could also be someone completely unrelated to you, as long as you know their permanent email address.

But thinking more deeply and carefully, will MailFreezr really last that long? With an optional time limit of 100 years, it's possible that I might go before it does; or the recipient? Whether it's me or her, we both might head to Mars earlier than expected. And who can guarantee such things with certainty? Even more uncertain is the recipient's email address. Even the addresses on our ID cards have many that are already invalid. Who can ensure that a mere email will survive for 100 years? In reality, this is just a beautiful wish. More of the emotion lies in the moment you write this letter; and when you open this letter on a certain day, month, and year, you'll mostly feel nostalgic.

The future is unpredictable. Perhaps, MailFreezr is just a漂流 bottle of the Internet era, fully loaded with the owner's beautiful hopes sailing far away.

Don't forget... I LOVE YOU! ;)
