Perfect match

Born partners tells a story that Black and Qian Weishan are work partners. Black disguises as the boss of a matchmaking company, and Qian Weishan disguises as the woman to be matched. The two partners defraud rich families together. Later, they defraud an heirloom called "Star from Outer Space" and start to escape. The deceived rich family starts to take revenge by hiring a private detective Lian Kai to disguise as the second generation of Southeast Asian tycoons to help get the "Star from Outer Space" back and to capture Qian Weishan. Later in the movie, they have a change of heart and save Qian Weishan. Qian Weishan and Black discover their love for each other during the escape. Black sacrifices himself to be captured and imprisoned to help Qian Weishan escape. Two years later, Black is released from prison and the two reunite.
