The Shaolin heir tells the story of Prince Nine, played by Bai Biao, plotting to usurp the throne and leading rebellious ministers and traitors into the palace. Emperor, played by Ai Fei, seeing no hope of survival, orders two loyal guards to each carry a crown prince to break through the encirclement and preserve the royal bloodline. The eldest prince, played by Di Long, is raised by three high monks from the Shaolin Monastery's Precepts Court. His Buddhist name is Shouxing, and he learns Shaolin Kung Fu. The second prince, played byå°”Dongsheng, is renamed Wuzi Tai and raised by Prime Minister, played by Gu Feng. When Wuzi Tai goes to the Shaolin Temple to borrow the Yi Jin Jing, he meets his brother Daohang for the first time, but does not know that he is his own brother.
