Divine Powers and Little Overlord

The martial arts fantasy film directed by Chang Cheh, "The Sorcerer and the Sword," depicts the turbulent era of the Three Kingdoms. Cao Cao, the Wei Wu Di, initially served as the Han Chancellor, using the emperor as a puppet to issue edicts. Sun Ce of Eastern Wu was known for his bravery and military prowess, holding江东 (Jiangdong) and being compared to Xiang Yu, earning him the nickname "Little Overlord." During this time, there was a Taoist hermit named Yu Ji who practiced supernatural techniques, using talisman water to heal and gaining the admiration of the people, who called him "Immortal Yu." Sun Ce accused Yu Ji of using sorcery to confuse the masses, had him arrested and imprisoned. Due to a severe drought at the time, Sun Ce ordered Yu Ji to summon rain, threatening execution if he failed. Yu Ji easily summoned rain by exhaling a breath. Sun Ce became even angrier and immediately ordered Yu Ji's execution. However, Yu Ji's Daoist skills were already mastered; upon decapitation, his spirit escaped, leaving his body behind, and instead began to mock and torment Sun Ce.
