Two newlywed couples, Cliff and Sidney, Nick and Gina, came to the Hawaiian Islands for vacation. When they first arrived in Hawaii, they had a great time. The seawater, beaches, sunshine, and handsome/beautiful people all made them reluctant to leave. Cliff and Sidney were a couple with a great sense of adventure. They searched alone on the islands for rarely visited beaches. Their efforts paid off when they found an almost undeveloped beach in a shaded area. This place became their top choice for their honeymoon; they believed they had discovered paradise. However, this paradisical tranquility was soon disrupted. A group of panicked tourists ran around the island and accidentally stumbled upon Cliff and his wife. From them, Cliff learned that there was a terrifying mental patient on the island who was killing the tourists one by one. After learning about this, Cliff and his wife were at a loss: should they stay or pack up and return to the city? At the same time, another couple, Nick and Gina, were also racking their brains over whether to return to the city to end their honeymoon or continue staying in Hawaii to enjoy the sun. While these two couples were hesitating, the killer began to act again. Things got worse and worse, turning the earthly paradise into a hell on earth. On this small island far from the city, civilization, and industry, who should they trust, and could they make it out alive?
