Igor Kremnev, a Russian intelligence agent, has recently faced consecutive failures in his operations in Colombia, resulting in the loss of all personnel under his command. Many have blamed Kremnev for this tragedy, and he was demoted to an ordinary intelligence officer. However, his misfortunes did not end there. Russian oil tycoon Solkin was accused of tax evasion and attempting to overthrow the government. The Ministry of Internal Affairs assigned Kremnev to Europe to capture Mikhail Sherik, Solkin's assistant, as he possessed critical evidence that could imprison Solkin, which is what Solkin feared most. Not only the Russian intelligence agency, but also Solkin himself and powerful Western criminal organizations were after Sherik. This mission seemed simple and safe, but the tragedy of Colombia repeated itself, with all his comrades lost due to information leakage. Although Kremnev managed to capture Sherik in the operation, all accompanying personnel perished, and his secret hideout was attacked by mysterious armed militants. He realized the severity of the situation; it must be an informant within his own ranks who leaked the information to Solkin's people. With no other choice, he had to personally escort Mikhail back to Russia for trial.
