MySpace China Officially Launches Today

The world's largest community website MySpace announced that the test version of the Chinese network community www.myspace.cn will be officially launched online, and simultaneously released the Chinese brand logo with the Chinese seal of "You Ni You Wo".

MySpace China is a local emerging Internet enterprise in China jointly invested and independently managed by Chinese entrepreneurs led by Luo Chuan, Tian Suning, and Xiong Xiaoguo. The company was established by three institutions: MySpace, IDG, and China Broadband Industrial Fund. Luo Chuan, the former General Manager of Microsoft MSN China and the former General Manager of Microsoft Online Service Group China, serves as the CEO of the company. The investors of the investment institutions and Wendi Deng, the wife of Murdoch, will enter the board of directors. Luo Chuan did not disclose the investment scale and the equity structure of the investment.
