Strict training requires a strict coach system, especially in outdoor activities of Beijing Outward Bound training. Coaches are responsible for the safety of most projects. Any negligence will lead to serious mistakes and bring irreparable losses. Therefore, there should be a strict team system when coaches go out, and coaches must strictly abide by it.
1. During the activity, no one among the coaches, standby personnel, and team leaders is allowed to be far away from the trainee team. They must always pay attention to the progress of the training and the status of the students, ensuring that any problems can be dealt with promptly.
2. The team leader, coaches, and standby personnel have the responsibility to check the safety status of the base facilities before the activity, ensuring the safe use of the equipment and venue.
3. During the training period, dedicated staff from Beili Outward Bound are prohibited from answering or making personal calls. Phones should be kept on silent or turned off. In case of special circumstances, they may use their phones after obtaining permission from the team leader (team leaders may use their phones if needed for business).
4. Civilized language should be used during the training. No confrontation or sarcasm towards the trainees is allowed. Uniform clothing must be worn (exceptions apply in special cases for the team leader).
5. A meeting should be held the day before the training to deeply understand the activity arrangements and discuss the details of the activity.
6. During the activity, dedicated staff from Beili Outward Bound have the responsibility to point out and correct any wrong actions of part-time coaches, such as incorrect itineraries, project arrangements, violations of the 'Training Contract' signed between Beili and the client, and the use of civilized language. This is to protect the interests of both the client and Beili Outward Bound.
7. Coaches and standby personnel are not allowed to change the content of the training or activities without the consent of both the client and the team leader of the Beili activity.
8. During the training period, operations must strictly follow the project standards. Strictly prevent phenomena such as incomplete project training, non-compliance with the itinerary time, lack of comments, and lack of reviews from occurring.
9. Safety equipment must be familiarized with and skillfully operated before proceeding with equipment installation and project operation.
10. After the project ends, standby personnel, coaches, and team leaders must promptly recover the project equipment to avoid loss of equipment for the expansion company.
