Extension project - Qixin Bridge

Theme - Organization, Communication, Collaboration

We are an exploration team heading into a pristine forest for adventure. Along the way, we encounter a rapid stream blocking our path, with a few rocks in the middle of the current. We have found three wooden stakes and a rope. We must get all team members to the other side within 30 minutes because a heavy rainstorm is imminent after that time. No one can be left behind; everyone must successfully cross the stream. Any item that touches the water will immediately be swept away.

Project Objectives:

Enhance team members' abilities and skills in organization, communication, and collaboration.

Develop leadership arts and techniques within the team, as well as stress management and emergency response skills.

Ensure the reasonable allocation and utilization of human resources.

Cultivate a sense of collective honor among team members, foster a spirit of dedication to the team, and promote communication and collaboration between different departments.
