As a major revolution in plastic molds, the application of hot runner technology is becoming more and more widespread. Due to the complexity of hot runner molds themselves, users encounter many problems during use. Unstable temperature of the hot runner manifold plate:

The cause may be poor contact of the thermocouple. Users should check or calibrate the thermocouple.

Slow heating of the hot runner manifold plate:

Possible reasons include an open circuit in one of the heating wires or loose wiring, insufficient air gap in the hot manifold plate, excessive cooling on the thermal insulation washer, or poor contact of the thermocouple. Solutions include checking all heating elements, increasing the air gap (requiring at least 10mm), or using an insulating plate. You can also add an insulating plate to the fixed plate of the mold or reduce the cooling of the fixed plate of the mold, and check whether the thermocouple is in good condition.
