Everyone is talking | Do security guards have the right to force a thief to bare their chest?

How much power do security guards have, and what rights do they have? I am not a security guard, but I know what should be done and what should not. If "you" don't know what shame is, then I have nothing to say. But if it were "your" children, what would you think? Usually dressed as beasts, occasionally acting like beasts.
