YouTube Annotations: Add text to your video

YouTube has released a new service that allows you to add text to your video files when you upload them, such as tags, subtitles, and links, named "YouTube Annotations." For now, YouTube Annotations is still quite simple and somewhat thin, with only three ways to add text: speech bubble (dialogue bubble), note (tag annotation), and spotlight (highlight, where text appears when the mouse hovers over the area).
