China recruitment refers to the process of finding possible candidates for a job or function, undertaken by recruiters in China. It may be carried out by an employment agency or a member of staff at the business or organization looking for candidates in China. Either way, it may involve advertising, commonly in the China recruitment section of a newspaper or in a newspaper dedicated to job advertisements. Employment agencies will often display job ads in their windows. Positions can also be advertised at a job center if they are targeting unemployed individuals.
