Alibaba announced an investment of 30 million US dollars in global promotion, and will greatly increase advertising and media coverage in more than 20 countries in such continents as America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. By means of liaison with various chamber organizations and carrying out in-depth co-operation, Alibaba will help SMEs fully expand their overseas markets. This move is regarded as one of the measures for Alibaba to cope with the "winter".
