Please use a search engine to look up "Unbounded Browser," download it, and follow the instructions for usage. After testing, this software has a high success rate and is much faster than TORpark. Another significant advantage is that the software is only 600k in size, is green (no installation required), and is convenient for mobile use. Highly recommended.
The simplest method with over 99% success rate on Windows: Use the Torpark browser. Its official homepage is http://torpark.nfshost.com/cnindex.html. A domestic download address is http://www.onlinedown.net/soft/46665.htm. Disadvantage: The program takes a long time to start; after the startup screen flashes, you need to wait at least three minutes. Strongly recommended.
The Chinese Wikipedia URL is http://zh.wikipedia.org. Since October 19, 2005, friends in mainland China have been unable to access Wikipedia directly and need to use proxy servers or tools like Tor or TouchNet Browser to access it.
Currently, the following proxies can be used to normally access the Chinese Wikipedia (a dedicated proxy for the Wikimedia Foundation, which cannot access sites outside of the Wikimedia Foundation):
207.142.131.205:80
145.97.39.130 - 145.97.39.140:80 (recommended)
Wikipedia has recently added HTTPS links for direct access. The Chinese version address is https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/zh/wiki/, and the English version uses https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/. (When using these two links, there may be an issue where images do not display properly.)
Additionally, mainland China can now directly access http://wikipedia.cnblog.org/ (read-only). This is a mirror site of the Chinese Wikipedia. (This link has since become invalid.)
