{Main procedures of Beijing Olympic opening ceremony announced}

The Main Press Center of Beijing Olympic Games held a press conference this morning. Zhang Heping, the Minister of Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremony Working Department introduced the main process of the opening ceremony at the conference: The first part is the pre-ritual part of artistic performance, including the welcome ceremony, displaying the Olympic five rings, the entry of the Chinese national flag, rising up the People's Republic of China national flag, playing the national anthem of the People's Republic of China and so on. This part lasts about 14 minutes.
