Yahoo CEO Jerry Yang: Scorns to Meet Microsoft

Yahoo! CEO Jerry Yang said on Thursday that he would not meet with Microsoft representatives at this year's Sun Valley Technology and Media Annual Conference.

Recently, Microsoft indicated that if the activist investor Carl Icahn succeeds in ousting the current Yahoo! board of directors at the annual shareholders' meeting on August 1, Microsoft would consider restarting its acquisition of Yahoo!.
