According to the civil judgment of (2007) No. 13142, Alibaba needs to apologize to "360 Security Guard" continuously for 7 days. After a long six months, Yahoo finally apologized to "Security Guard 360" at the bottom of its homepage.

The full text of the apology is as follows: "Beijing Alibaba Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Guofeng Int Software (Beijing) Co., Ltd. implemented unfair competition against Beijing Sanji Infinite Network Technology Co., Ltd.'s '360 Guard' technical measures through 'Yahoo Assistant'. Now based on the (2007) Hai Min Chu Zi No. 1873 civil judgment, we specially publish this apology statement."
