With the hope of Microsoft's acquisition of Yahoo dashed, many Yahoo employees are looking to leave the company. Recently, Mat Honan, a contributor to Wired magazine, set up a website called "Yahoo Resignation".

This site provides Yahoo employees with resignation letter templates. Employees who wish to resign can simply select some options from drop-down menus and then click submit to obtain a personalized resignation letter. For example, users can choose the recipient of their resignation letter, including Yang致远, Decker, and Fee罗, among others. Users can also select their reason for resignation, departure time, and future plans.

The site lists three main reasons for resignation: dissatisfaction with the partnership with Google's advertising, disappointment in Yang致远's performance during the Microsoft-Yahoo acquisition case, and disagreement with everything done during Terry Semel's tenure.
