Just after opening the browser, a page suddenly popped up (very common), claiming to be an announcement from Hangzhou Telecom, which said:

Starting today, registering for the Mail Disk Channel service will grant you 2M of permanent free space, and your monthly fixed telephone bill will be automatically delivered to your mail disk space.
