How to uninstall the Flash plugin (if absolutely necessary)

Analysis: I thought maybe there was a problem with Adobe's website, so I downloaded the latest flash player plugin from Sky Download Station. I figured since the download was successful, there shouldn't be any issues. But to my dismay, the installation still failed, failed, and failed again! It completely frustrated me!
