Microsoft Watch? - Jewelry and Watches - Tianlu Mansion

I came across it while reading the news on a foreign website, and I'm not sure if it's made by Microsoft. I think it might be a giveaway or a gift kind of thing. This watch has three buttons: Ctrl, Alt, and Delete on the computer, and the screen displays the classic blue screen. Since the website has very little information about it, I can only go so far.
