Google Street View Trapped in Privacy Scandal: Where is the Global Strategy Heading?

Since Google Street View service came into being, the controversy around it has never stopped. After the Czech government announced to ban Google from shooting street views in its territory not long ago, Google was again at the center of controversy. It was reported by foreign media that hundreds of thousands of Germans asked to opt out of the service. They claimed that they did not want their homes or businesses to appear on Google Maps.
