Microsoft Acquires A Company For One Person: Says Windows Needs This Person

Microsoft said the company has completed the acquisition of Winternals Software, a small Windows utility programs manufacturer.

According to news.com.com, in fact, the target of this acquisition is mainly focused on the rich human resources under Winternals. In other words, Microsoft hopes to replenish with fresh talent through the acquisition. Winternals is located in Austin, Texas. The company's products currently include completely free software such as Sysinternals. Neither Microsoft nor Winternals disclosed specific financial information about the acquisition. It is reported that after joining the Microsoft empire, Mark Russinovich, the founder of Winternals, will become a member of Microsoft's technical team.
