Microsoft enters the online TV market, mainly promoting LiveStation

The LiveStation project is under active development, with the slogan "making TV interactive on your PC." In reality, this is a software solution developed by Microsoft Research that allows people to watch live television broadcasts on their computers.

Steve Clayton, the CTO of the UK partner organization, commented: "This is an efficient video streaming service that uses Silverlight technology, capable of delivering live video directly to your desktop.
