Tolib.com (To Library Yours) is a social bookmarking service that launched domestically not long ago. It offers two plugins, for Firefox and IE, making it convenient to save your favorite websites anytime and anywhere. After trying it out, I found that the services provided by Tolib are relatively user-friendly. It supports quick switching between three languages: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English. It also provides page thumbnails, a powerful crawler, and ensures that webpages are saved onto Tolib's own server.
