Parody? IE Crush Plan!

Explorerdestroyer released a piece of Javascript code named "Explorer Destroyer." If you add it to your own blog, visitors using the IE browser will not be able to load the page and will be redirected to the Firefox download recommendation page. This is part of their "IE Smashing Plan."

What are the benefits of using Explorer Destroyer? The people at explorerdestroyer say that it has both "social benefits (recommending cool stuff to your visitors) and economic benefits (the price of Adsense ads for Firefox downloads can reach $1 USD)."

Who should use Explorer Destroyer? Their answer is quite humorous:

If most of your visitors are using IE, because this means you have more customers who will help click on the Firefox ad; if most of your visitors are already using Firefox, then keep going, bring in the rest, anyway, most people don't even know your site has such a cool thing as Explorer Destroyer.
