Trial Chinglish Chinese character email address

The Chinglish website is launching a free email system that allows the use of Chinese characters or a combination of Chinese and English as recipient addresses. According to the introduction, this email system enables all Chinglish account holders to send and receive emails using Chinese email addresses, and it can also receive emails from third-party email providers.

The site administrator registered to try it out. The registration process is a bit complicated as it requires filling out a lot of information (see the figure below). The strangest part is that you can fill in three usernames: "username," "optional username 1," and "optional username 2." The "username" is the account used to log into the email, while the "optional username" refers to the Chinese email address, which can be in the form of "张三@Chinglish.Com" or "张[email protected]."
