Tolib (Unified Record Network), like the bookmark service Baidu released not long ago, is also the latest Chinese online bookmarking tool, officially launched on December 18th. In terms of functionality, Tolib is equipped with all the basic functions of an online bookmarking service. It offers two types of bookmark plug-ins for IE and Firefox, as well as RSS output, comments, rankings, access permission settings, search, categorization, and Tag functions. Moreover, similar to oTag, it also provides a webpage thumbnail feature.

It's worth noting that when saving a webpage, simply clicking the plugin button will automatically identify the webpage title and corresponding description, while simultaneously saving it into the "uncategorized" section, making it very convenient. Additionally, in the backend management interface, it provides batch processing functions for easy bookmark categorization and management.

Another piece of information indicates that Tolib has purchased its own servers and signed a server hosting service agreement lasting several years with China Telecom. Therefore, there's no need to worry about losing stored content, and the quality of service is basically assured.
