Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Legal Representatives of Corporate Legal Persons

Article One: In order to standardize the registration management of legal representatives of corporate entities, this regulation is formulated.

Article Two: The registration management of legal representatives in the registration of corporate entities (including company registration, hereinafter the same) shall be subject to this regulation.

Article Three: The legal representative of a corporate entity (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise legal representative) shall obtain the qualification of an enterprise legal representative after being approved by the enterprise registration authority.
